3-phase 30 kVA hybrid solar system for STIHL Central Africa
24-hour uninterrupted power for STIHL Central Africa’s Douala headquarters: solar, lithium storage, grid and generator managed together.

At STIHL Central Africa’s headquarters in Bessengue, Douala, we designed and installed a three-phase hybrid system that keeps the business running without interruption.
An array of 24 × 450 Wp panels feeds three 10 kVA inverters and six 15 kWh lithium batteries, 90 kWh of storage in total. The grid and a 50 kVA generator remain available as backup, and remote monitoring tracks consumption and performance in real time.
The job meant integrating the system with the headquarters’ existing electrical installation and securing equipment sourcing and delivery on schedule. The result: less reliance on the grid, cheaper energy and long-term energy security.
